We built the app for Android, the community’s own platform. All of the editorial team’s news comes into a single overview, so readers don’t have to open the site first to catch up.
The app is deliberately not a second website: the same articles, but in a form that fits how people read news on their phone — open it, catch up, put it away.
The app has become part of the community’s daily routine. Readers open it in spare moments, see in one overview what the editors have published that day and are up to date within seconds, without having to open the site first.
